Meet Your New Boo WITH a New Body!

“It’s hard to tell your mind to stop loving someone when your heart still does.”-Eric Thomas, Motivational Speaker

Every now and then I have thoughts about my last significant relationship. More and more I’m moving further away from it yet the one thing that lingers for me is the sadness from the loss of the friendship.

We’d been friends many years before we ever became engaged to be married.  I remember falling into a deep depression over this seemingly loss until one day I met a woman who would become the one who helped me to save myself.

Short True Story

One night, I began to cry as I punched the boxing bag with all my might. In the middle of training, she stopped me and said, “Honey. Let him go. Let the gym become your new boo. Come here everyday with the intent that he is pleasing you and everyday when you leave out of here you get better, healthier, finer and more fabulous.  You get to see him everyday and you’ll always know where he is. And he doesn’t lie to you.”

For me, that was all it took. Shortly thereafter I began to watch my body transform from being frumpy and saggy due to weight loss, to fine, fit and fabulous. And guess what? It didn’t take long at all!

I met *Ms. Ector after I’d surfed Facebook randomly. When I saw her body I was blown away because the caption read that she was over 50! And she looked every bit of her late 30s!  After finding her online and calling her, I ended up at her facility.  It was during one of my sessions that she stopped me from crying another tear and introduced me to my new boo and new body!

As my personal trainer she had the best attitude therefore I was given the opportunity to have the best results.  I will forever thank her for transforming not only my body but my life!

What I’ve learned over the years is that men will come and go, as well as the pain eventually leaves and is never thought of again.  But the body I have is the only one I have to live in.  It’s time to treat it like a Mercedes Benz by putting in premium gas, keeping the maintenance up on it, keeping her washed and cleaned and overall sheltering her from the elements when not in use.

You’re probably like I have been in some ways, in which you’ve spent a great deal of time focused on the boyfriend or husband, the kids and the money and you’ve neglected yourself. Then when we find ourselves alone and hurt, we sometimes turn on ourselves.  The crying, overeating and depression that comes with a break up is enough to literally kill you.

So it’s time to pick yourself up from the floor from trying to die because he left.  Let him go right along with the fatty foods, fast foods, fried foods and junk foods.  Accept yourself as the Mercedes Benz you are and give yourself Mercedes Benz treatment.

And of course, it’s more than going to the gym and lifting weights.  Did you know you can have a 75% greater chance of transforming your entire body, sticking to your healthy lifestyle and develop a positive mindset with a personal trainer?
