An anointing of ease gives you inner peace and security that you know everything is just fine in spite of what’s happening around you.
However, when the anointing of ease is missing, you’re up all night, the mind wanders and spirals downward, and you tend to post more “inner” thoughts to show where you really are in your lack of ease.
How do you obtain this anointing?

The reason we stay stuck in certain emotional situations longer, usually negative emotions, is because we keep hitting the “replay” button over and over and over again. In fact, to the brain, there are about 8 seconds between the past and the present. Once you tell the brain to think of something else, it does and the past is forgotten. It’s only remembers anything when you tell it to.
How are we hitting “replay”?
Examples: Repeating in your mind what you would say if this or that occurs, looking at status updates that you “think” apply to you and thinking about it, posting indirect tweets that make you go look at another person’s tweet to see if you’re affecting that other person with your tweets….and thinking about it, talking about it over and over and the number ONE replay is THINKING about it over and over and over again!
